Ms. Marie-Thérèse BESSON has 40 years of experience in operating hospital and private hospital system, being a HAS (French Republic) independent hospital quality and risk management evaluator. Since retirement, Ms. Besson has been advising many French and foreign hospitals.
 

– HAS (French Republic) independent hospital quality and risk management evaluator (HAS is a ministerial-level agency in charge of hospital quality management certification), a HAS coordinator
– Secretary-General of a private health group
– Director of a private hospital (100 and 180 beds)
– Nursing Director
 

From 04/07/2019, Ms. Marie-Thérèse Besson is advising Hanoi Eye Hospital 2-72 Nguyen Chi Thanh on operation and management.
 

The quality management and risk management system of Hanoi Eye Hospital 2 is ready for a new phase which is hospital quality and risk management certification in accordance with HAS criteria (French Republic).
